I pour the water over the flowers
The only thing that I still can save
There’s nothing that would stem the bleeding
They said they tried, but they failed
The joy we had is now just a memory
Like a photo album in flames

How I miss you
I say your name again
I still can feel you within
I still hang on to
The love we shared, so true
Now I’m lost to hate

When you wanted to have a child
You know I felt the same way
Now you’re both cut down to ashes
And I’m a broken soul laid bare
Who knew it would turn out this way, in sorrow?
Who knew that this would be the end?
